Terms and Conditions

Check in time is 3:00 pm. 30% of the total fee is required to hold reservations, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A valid Visa or MasterCard is to be presented at time of arrival for incidentals or lack of cleaning ($50 fee).

We will charge the full amount of any damage to the house, its contents and property, to your credit card. This also includes smoke odors.

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pines of Paradise LLC and any of its agents against all liability, judgments, expenses or claims by third parties or any injury to any person or damage to property of any kind whatsoever caused by guest.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 Days or More Prior to Reservation Date: Your deposit will be totally refunded to you, or you may apply your deposit towards another date if available.
• 15-29 Days Prior to Reservation Date: One half of the reservation will be refunded; subject to re-rental.
• 14 Days or Less Prior to Reservation Date: The entire amount paid toward the reservation is forfeited.
• A $25.00 charge is levied on all cancellations of 7 days or less regardless of re-rental.
• All “no shows” forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
